MOM LOVE Tea Time

Dear Friends of Villa 61,

here is the new Tea Time of Villa 61!

Always in the hope that confirmations, communions and the post-Easter period do not get the better of us! ;-)

So, what better time than Mother's Day to spend an afternoon together?

I want to tell you something: at the Tea Time of Women's Day I was lucky enough to have my mom participate, because I knew she would like it: the well-kept atmosphere, the flowers, an afternoon among beautiful people, gossip, anecdotes, laughter, enjoying refined high-end patisserie desserts that are really difficult to find here… in short, a beautiful afternoon recalling the flavors of patisseries of the famous Paris cafes and discovering other delicacies.

I must say that it was much more: it was a wonderful experience, a cuddle! My mom was very happy and relaxed as I hadn't seen her for I don't know how long ... really! Finding yourself with beauty for the eyes and goodness for the palate is not easy, indulging in a wonderful break, those that fill your soul with beauty and goodness, moments that make you feel really good!

For this reason I want to offer you this Tea Time on Mother's Day because it was wonderful and I recommend it to anyone, even more so if you can come with your mother!

The desserts that you will taste during this Tea Time are of haute patisserie, designed ad hoc for the event, all wonderful single portions made with great care and passion by Olga, an expert pastry chef who has worked for years in this world, participating in various courses with the most great pastry chefs from all over Europe (see his profifo instagram @kapelkappa).

Take a seat and we will take care of everything, flowers, charming and very girly atmosphere, the precious teas of Fortnum & Mason with Rose and Violet, bubbles to toast and the delights of Olga who will guide you in this tasting and will explain all the flavors and textures that make up these wonders: we will taste the Opera with blueberries and lavender with macarons on top, the famous Tartelette aux citrons of Cafe Pouchkine, Julien Alvarez's Mango, the pink heart made of creme brulé with salted caramel, raspberries and almond crumble! Followed by a selection of 3 exceptional hand-made truffles and finally the salty part, with millefeuille with cheese and seasonal herbs and an orange pate bonbon.

The Tea Time will begin at 16.00 with tables prepared with cups and delicate teapots, flowers, background music, precious and elegant cakes, delicacies balanced in shapes and colors, a greedy break of aesthetic beauty and an immense pleasure for the palate , all immersed in a scenography designed specifically for this event.

Registration and Cost

Registration for the event must be done by following the link below.

THE PRICE OF THE TEA TIME IS 45 EUROS PER PERSON (40 EUROS IF ENROLLED BY TUESDAY 7 MAY)

SPECIAL PRICE OF 80 EUROS PER MOTHER-DAUGHTER COUPLE

AND INCLUDES:

- fine herbal teas and infusions;

- preparation of the mise en place for the Tea Time

- glasses of Prosecco DOCG and fruit and flower scented waters;

- 4 single-portion desserts and 2 savory delicacies;

- guided tasting with little secrets and tricks of the trade;

- a package of handmade truffles as a gift to the participants.

Places are limited for organizational reasons.

Upon reaching the maximum number of participants (10), registrations will be closed.

We kindly ask for a deposit of 15 euros (non-refundable) to be paid as a deposit for the seat reservation; the rest will be paid on the day of the workshop.
