In the garden of Villa 61 we will have the opportunity to dedicate ourselves to a botanical illustration lesson with the watercolor technique by Shhh My Darling, a duo who has been working for years in the field of illustration and dedicates their creativity to the world of wedding and the graph.

About the event
The workshop is aimed at all those who want to experience the potential of watercolor as a form of faithful and poetic study of nature. Jenny and Graziano will accompany the participants in this exercise of attention and creativity, a moment dedicated to art thanks to the flowers in the garden that will be the subject for our studies and the frame of our bucolic afternoon.
The initial explanation of some basic notions of drawing and watercolor will allow participants to venture into the world of illustration thanks to the flora of the garden of Villa 61, while the more experienced will be able to practice deepening the technique and composition and try their hand at more botanical details. challenging. During the workshop we will learn the basics of the watercolor technique, how to manage color, choose harmonious color combinations and create a balanced composition. Everyone will have the opportunity to try their hand at their favorite subjects to create a personal collection of illustrated postcards. All materials will be provided by the organization.
Each participant will receive the following:
- micro-lead pencil
- eraser
- 2 brushes of different sizes
- watercolor sheets size A6
- practice card
- set of watercolor paints in palette
- container for water and pezzuolina
Flowers and plant elements will not be missing!
And there will also be a fantastic all home made PICNIC in the garden of Villa 61 with a breathtaking view of the Dolomites!
